Can I change my delivery address once my order has been submitted online?
Once you have submitted your order you cannot change the delivery address.
You cannot cancel deliveries once orders have been dispatched. Any unwanted goods will need to be returned. If you do not want the product anymore, you will have to return the order once it has arrived. You are entitled to a refund as long as you inform Kidzdom of your decision to cancel within 28 working days from the day after the delivery of goods.
Can I have a separate delivery address to my billing address?
The address you gave when you first registered your Kidzdom account online is your invoice or card holder address. You may change your delivery address after your first order. As we are using third party such as PayPal and World Pay, account holders of PayPal can change their delivery address through their system.

When will my goods be delivered?
You can track the progress of you delivery via www.dpd.co.uk Any orders placed before 3.00pm will be delivered the next working day. Any orders placed after 3.00pm will be delivered within 48 working hours.
Will I get a tracking number?
Yes. DPD will send you a message via text or email letting you know when the parcel has been dispatched.
Do you ship outside of UK?
No we do not ship outside of the UK. Orders can only be placed from and delivered to UK mainland.
