If you are not happy with the product you must return the item within 28 days of delivered goods to qualify for a full refund.


Please ensure when returning the products they are wrapped securely in its original packaging, unused and damaged free. Please ensure you keep the receipt and return the products with its original receipt.

We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transit. All products are your responsibility until they have reached the delivery address.

Once the product has reached the delivery address all customers will receive a confirmation email which will state the arrival of the product. Kidzdom will then inspect the returned items for any damages. The company will then approve the quality and a full refund will be made in the original method of payment.
All customers will be responsible for paying for their own shipping costs when returning the product. The cost of shipping is non-refundable and will be deducted.
Products cannot be exchanged. If you are unhappy with your item, you can return it and place a new order.

You do not need a delivery note when returning products, you can email or contact us directly to let us know the what the problem is and why you will be sending it back.
